Recruitment: Sourcing the Candidates
As a client, you can certainly be involved in the recruitment process, but you may be better off simply sitting back and letting your agency handle this part. With countless industry and business connections, an extensive candidate database, and years of specialised experience sourcing and recruiting the top candidates, you can feel confident that your employment experts have got the recruitment under control. In our agency, once we’ve sorted through a large number of suitable candidates, we will narrow this down and come up with a “short list” of a dozen or so of the most qualified candidate matches. This list we then share with the client for approval and recommendations.
Interviews and the Hiring Process
At On Line Recruitment and Labour Hire, we conduct candidate interviews as part of our permanent recruitment service. As a client, you have the option to be as involved in this process as you desire. The majority of clients allow our team to complete the initial rounds of interviews, and then have a company representative (such as the hiring manager) complete the final session, interviewing 2 or 3 of the best candidates. This allows us to do most of the work for you, and still gives you the final say when it comes to choosing your new employee. As the client, you will always have the final say when it comes to completing the hiring process.
Details & Specifics
When working with On Line Recruitment and Labour Hire, you have the freedom to terminate our services at any time. Our structure works as such that our fees are only payable if you choose to hire a candidate which we’ve introduced to you.
In the event that a candidate we’ve introduced to you does not work out after hiring, we will recruit a suitable, new candidate for your company at no cost to you. This recruitment guarantee is only available for up to 8 weeks after the initial hiring date, however.
