Storeperson Position Available
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Storeperson with a forklift licence to support stores and inventory operations on a 6-month assignment.
This role will focus on general stores duties, stock handling, and supporting day-to-day inventory activities within a busy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, store, and distribute stock and materials
- Conduct stocktakes and assist with inventory control
- Identify, sort, and organise parts and components
- Operate forklift safely for loading, unloading, and stock movement
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with system updates
- Support general stores and warehousing duties as required
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient stock flow
About You
- Current forklift licence (essential)
- Proven experience in a Storeperson or warehouse/stores role
- Strong understanding of stock handling and inventory processes
- Familiarity with mechanical parts, machinery, or similar products advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
