On Line Recruitment’s Indigenous Recruitment and Mentoring Program has been tailored to ensure indigenous resources are recruited based upon their capabilities and remain committed to their assignment.

Our History

On Line Recruitment have been providing Labour Hire and Recruitment services across Australia for over 23 years. Our capabilities span across all industry sectors, including Civil Construction, Commercial Construction, Administration, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Local Government sectors. In 2020 On Line Recruitment partnered with Civil Safety and On Common Country to create  Australian Pacific Indigenous Personnel (APIP).  APIP is an Indigenous owned and operated recruitment and labour hire company.  Their mission is to provide Indigenous people with rewarding positions across civil and commercial construction, manufacturing, transport, administration, agriculture, mining and retail clients.

Our Capability

On Line Recruitment has recently expanded its indigenous capability by engaging several Indigenous Co-ordinators. Our co-ordinators bring a range of skills to the business inclusive of sourcing and mentoring indigenous workers. Our co-ordinators are also respected senior members of indigenous communities and have deep contacts into various communities on the eastern seaboard. They exhibit a passion for providing opportunities and success for all indigenous people and particularly indigenous youth.

Online Recruitment has placed many indigenous resources during our 23+ years of operation. We currently have in excess of 50 skilled indigenous resources registered on our database available for immediate employment. We also have access to unskilled indigenous resources seeking opportunities for work and upskilling.

Operations Manager

Norman opened the first recruitment agency in  the Shoalhaven in the early 2000s, which currently  places over 200 staff daily to a range of clients.  Having also worked in the building industry for  over 50 years, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the APIP team. Norman has had a long association with the local Indigenous community  and is dedicated to being an inclusive and equal opportunity recruitment specialist.

Owner and Managing director

Noel has been a leading figure in the construction, resources and infrastructure industries for over 30 years. He is incredibly passionate about Indigenous employment as he believes it helps secure role models for present and future generations in the community. Noel, of the Gugu Badhun people, also works closely with remote and rural communities and Indigenous stakeholders to prepare economic engagement strategies with infrastructure and resource projects.
